DDU-GKY, or Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, is a Ministry of Rural Development skill training and placement program for rural poor youth in India. Launched in 2014, it aims to provide skill development, support career progression, and facilitate sustainable employment for rural youth aged 15–35
The program also provides post-placement support, migration support, and encourages inclusive growth for socially disadvantaged groups, with a guaranteed placement rate of at least 75% for trained candidates.
